General Policy
Customers must notify us of any issue within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or return. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.
Exchange Policy
You may request an exchange in the following cases:
1. Size Issue
If the product does not fit, you can request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.

We will exchange the product for another size of the same item and value.

Reverse pickup can be arranged at no extra cost.

If the requested replacement has a higher price, the difference must be paid online.
2. Wrong Product Received
If an incorrect product is delivered, you may request an exchange within 7 days.

We will replace it with the correct item at no additional charge.
Important:
All products must be returned with the original sticker label, correctly folded, and securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Exchanges will not be processed if the product is returned without proper packaging or labels.
Return & Refund Policy
Refunds are provided only in genuine cases of defective product delivery and not for any other reason.
To request a refund:

Include your Order ID, a detailed explanation of the issue, and clear photographs of the defect.
If a return is accepted for reasons other than a defect (in exceptional cases), a ₹100 deduction will be applied to cover reverse pickup and logistics charges.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or a verified bank account provided by the customer.
Important Notes

Slight colour or design variations may occur due to screen differences and lighting.
Refunds/returns will not be accepted for minor variations. -
If it is found that the defect occurred due to customer action, misuse, or damage, the refund request will be denied.

Please do not accept tampered or damaged packages at the time of delivery.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange if the product does not meet our quality checks.

Only one exchange/return request per order is allowed.

Used or washed products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Items purchased during sale events or with discount codes are not eligible for refunds.

Free exchange is available for size issues, but refunds are not provided for size-related problems.
